The Franklin Interfaith Council raises funds annually to help families in need with home heating oil during the cold, Franklin winters. Homeowners and renters, including households whose cost of heat is included in the rent, are eligible.

How to apply
Households who wish to be considered can apply by calling any house of worship that is a member of the Franklin Interfaith Council.
