It’s that time of year again! The leaves are vibrantly colored, temperatures are dropping and our Franklin Interfaith Thanksgiving Service is set for Sunday, November 19, 2023, 7pm at St. John’s Episcopal Church (237 Pleasant Street, Franklin). Let’s get together and sing!
This year, our Interfaith Choir will be singing “I Think the World is Glorious” and an acapella round of “Hinei Ma Tov.” We will have three rehearsals and then a warm up before the performance. If you can’t make all of the rehearsals, that’s totally fine! These are simple pieces that can mostly be learned in one practice. Rehearsals will be held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (91 Jordan Road, Franklin). Here’s the rehearsal schedule:
- Wednesday, November 1, 7-8pm (91 Jordan Rd)
- Wednesday, November 8, 7-8pm (91 Jordan Rd)
- Wednesday, November 15, 7-8pm (91 Jordan Rd)
- Sunday, November 19, 6:30pm warm up for 7pm performance at St. John’s (237 Pleasant St).
I hope you can join us this year! Let’s make some musical joy happen! Feel free to invite your friends and please reach out if you have any questions.
Yours in music,
Mary Diehl
